Heroes

Heroes is quite possibly the best show on TV right now. If you haven't seen it, its not too late. They are doing a Heroes marathon on January 1 at 8:00. Ordinary people with super powers ala X-men but very different. I'm not the only one who thinks this show is awesome either. It received two Golden Globe nominations for best Television series and best Supporting Actor for Masi Oka (Hiro Nakamura). Anyhoo if you get the chance check it out!

Turtles in a Half Shell

I know everyone must be super excited about the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie. The trailer is out now! Yahoo! (I hope you note the sarcasm in my writing this) Anyhoo I will not see you there on March 30. Even though back in the day I did watch the cartoon. But alas I have grown too old for such childish entertainment. Turtle Power!

Golden Globe Nominations are Out!

Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced their nominations for the Golden Globes this year. Not surprisingly Babel got the most nominations at 7 including Best Actor for Brad Pitt. Most of the actors are nominated for movies I haven't seen (surpringly) so this year I have no predictions on who will be taking home the statue. We shall just have to wait and see till the winners are announced on January 15. I just think every year the pickings are getting slimmer and slimmer for real good movies. Hopefully Hollywood will notice that and churn some better ones out.

First Time

So Cristin has this blog she writes to almost everyday(http://cmrpaul.blogspot.com/). She has this hilarious pic of David Bowie titled "Sexy Summer Time Fun Jareth" and I just had to make a comment on it, but in order to make a comment I had to create an account. So one comment and 6 hours later here I am writing to my own blog. I'm sure it won't be nearly as fascinating but when I remember I will try to write something of interest down.
